Welcome to "All In Your Head"! 

 

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Sarah and I'm a 23 year old Sociology graduate at The University of Edinburgh, now studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.

 

 I struggle with anxiety, alongside anorexia and PTSD, but I try to be as positive as I can so I decided to start a blog all about living with mental illness, trying to detach the media image of mental illness as this separate entity that's completely untouchable when it's really just a person living their life!
